I am loving smoothie bowls at the moment, they are quick, easy, healthy and best of all taste good! They also keep me full until lunch time, which is definitely a win in my books.
1 ripe banana
1 cup of berries (fresh or frozen)
2 handfuls of spinach
1 ½ cups of milk of your choice
1 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder
1 ½ tablespoons of acai powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of nut butter
1. Add all smoothie ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into serving bowl and top with toppings.
